We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, including orders containing incorrect pricing, incorrect product descriptions or when ‘Silver beautyy’ finds the abuse of its policies. The Content of the site can be modified at any time and all the information provided is basic for your general use only.  

Definitions

"Jewellery" means the jewellery that is predesigned or jewellery set with American diamonds and / or semi-precious gemstones that are available for sale on our website. Please note that all Jewellery is sold on "as is" basis.

Description of Service

This Website offers services for Members who wish to purchase silver jewellery for personal consumption.

The color, size and other variations of the products may appear larger or smaller due to monitor settings and photography techniques. The Company shall not be liable for any legal action on this account.

Order 

Any Member who wishes to purchase an item from the Website can either,

Add the selected silver jewellery directly to the shopping cart or Choose from the selection of Jewellery available on the Website and add the item to the shopping cart or Contact us on Facebook or Instagram or he/she may write us email.

Orders, are normally considered complete only after the payment has been received by Silver Poetry.

Cancellation of Orders

If any suspicious or fraudulent orders are detected, we reserve the right to cancel any such past, pending or future orders without any liability. The Gold and Silver prices are not constant and they change according to international laws so our prices will vary accordingly.

Certification

The stones in the Jewellery will not be individually certified. The entire Jewellery will be stamped 92.5 either by an independent third party or by SilverBeautyy.
